Returns Policy
If you wish to return an unused item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please email: info@gunmakinguk.com
You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us in order for a refund to be processed. Please note, we do not cover returns postage.
Refunds will only be processed if the item has not been used, is unopened and is in the same ‘as new’ condition as when received. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods, a refund will not be issued.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email. We can then assess whether your product is deemed as faulty. In the rare event that an item is faulty, we will advise as to the next steps to process your claim.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders on the following working day, subject to availability of stock. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We currently only ship to UK mainland addresses.
Product Descriptions
The product descriptions listed on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge, however due to the hand-crafted nature of some products, natural variations may occur. We provide instructions for certain products where necessary and we cannot be held liable for any results or effects caused by misuse. We reserve the right to alter prices or specifications without prior notice.
Payment
We accept payment from the majority of major debit and credit cards.
Payment may be made via bank transfer. Please contact our team via email or telephone 01438 871045 to arrange this.
